The «Seam rule» was never intended to be a project. Rather, it is a story about my secret behavioral practice in the city. Using the made-up rules of walking, as if weaving my body and time into the fabric of streets, I tried to become a part of the city, in which I felt like a restless stranger. A peculiar game of "a thread and a needle" and the rituals of "stitching" and "cutting" became my mainstay during my adaptation to St. Petersburg. The texts are taken from my personal diary of those years.
